Reflection on the development of building economy

Building economy is a kind of new economic form appearing in the development of urban economy in our country in recent years.It is characterized by dependency,centeredness and high efficiency.The development of building economy,which is of great significance to the development of urban economy,should follow the four principles,that is,mutual understanding and joint efforts,multiparty interaction,scientific planning and developing in terms of locality,and extrude four key points: general economy,metropolis industry,industry chain and inviting merchants and attracting funds.We should establish four platforms: policy platform,service platform,environment platform and cultural platform.
