Research on influencing factors of farm households' willingness of agricultural land transfer-A case study of Bishan County in Chongqing

Agricultural land transfer is an effective way to solve the separation and desolation of agricultural land,and it also has great sense to improve the agricultural land use efficiency and optimize the land resources.As the main agricultural land suppliers in agricultural land transfer,farm households' willingness greatly influences the agricultural land transfer.This paper takes Bishan County in Chongqing for example,based on 156 random farm households of five towns,logistic regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of farm households' willingness of agricultural land transfer,in expectation that it could be a support to accelerate the agricultural land transfer and culture agricultural land market's development.
