Abstract
The research on database of the all-sky background brightness characteristics on day is developed.The sky background brightness is measured on a place which an electro-optical system is deposited,and the measurement data is analyzed.Based on the theoretical model of the background brightness,a corrected method to consummate the all-sky background brightness is built.Then the database of the sky background brightness is constructed,which can give all-sky background brightness of any time.The shortcoming of background brightness extracting is solved,and the quantity and accuracy of the extracting are improved.
