Abstract

Objective:To explore the related risk factors in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and eighty cases with cerebral infarction and 180 controls were collected to determine blood glucose, serum uric acid and lipid concentrations, including serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),lipoprotein(a) ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1),apolipoprotein B100(Apo B100).Results: Compared to control group, there was no difference in age and gender. But weights, family history, smoking history, drinking history, diabetes history and hypertension history of cerebral infarction group were higher than control group(P0.05);Compared to control group about the clinical and biochemical indicators,TC,TG,Lp(a),LDL-C,Glu and UA levels of cerebral infarction group significantly increased(P0.01),while HDL-C and Apo A1 levels were significantly lower(P0.05),Apo B100 level decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Hypertension, high blood sugar, tobacco and alcohol habits, high uric acid and high cholesterol are risk factors arousing cerebral infarction, and regular determination of blood pressure,GLU,UA and lipids can help determine the condition and prognosis.
