Abstract
Fifteen individual indicators were selected from the aspects of agricultural production input,agricultural output level and production potential to construct agricultural production capacity evaluation indicator system in Hebei Province.Using variance coefficient method to determine indicator weight,the agricultural comprehensive production capacity in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2009 was evaluated and problems were pointed out.Based on these,some countermeausres were proposed such as to strengthen agricultural science and technology input and technology promotion system,enlarge infrastructure construction and build resources saving agriculture.
