Abstract

It is a vital issue for China's social development that how to realize equalization of public service.However,being short of a uniform research frame-work block lucubrate on this question.On the basic of reviewing literature,this paper defined the concept of equalization of public service newly,and takes the criterion of equalization,public demand,and government ablity as cut-in point,researched the basic analysis frame-work of equalization of public service that's core is supply-demand equilibrium.
