Abstract
A method has been developed for the determination of ametryn residue in animal-derived food by gas chromatography. Acetonitrile was the optimal solvent to extract ametryn in animal-derived food. The cleanup was conducted by SPE on a Alumina-A cartridge. Then acetonitrile-toluene(7:2,V/V) was used to elute ametryn residue. Under the selected analytical conditions, the detection limit was 0.005 mg/kg. The average recoveries were from 88.1% to 102.8%. RSD values were from 3.07% to 8.29%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
