Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of curessd wound dressing in treatment on the partial-thickness burn wounds, and observe its side-effects,wound healing.Methods:60 patients with superficial partial-thickness burns and 40 with deep partial-thickness burns were randomized into curessd wound dressing treatment group and Vaseline control group according to wound depth. The wound healing time, wound healing rate and therapeutic effect of the wound were studied in two groups. Results:For the patients with superficial,partial-thickness burns,The wound healing time in treatment group was(9.2±1.1) d,which was obviously shorter than that in control group(11.8±1.9) d,(P0.01).The wound healing rate in treatment group on 7 post-burn day was(83±9.1)%,which was obviously higher than that in control group(69.5±8.8)%,(P0.01).For those with deep partial-thickness burns, the wound healing time in treatment group was(20±2.7)d,which was obviously shorter than that in control group(24.2±3) d,(P0.01).The wound healing rate in treatment group on 20 post-burn day was(92±7.2)%,which was obviously higher than that in control group(79.8±10)%,(P0.01).The healing quality of treatment group was better than that of control group.Curessd wound dressing was little painful when applied to the open wounds. Conclusion:Curessd wound dressing is an effective and safe biomaterial applied to partial-thickness burn wounds.
