Decompression of Lumbar Nerve Root on Treatment of Lumbar Skelalgia

Abstract

Objective To discuss the correlation between the symptoms, signs and the nerve root so that to supply the according for the root decompression. Methods The clinical materials of 526 cases of such patient were analyzed in the clinical symptoms, signs, images and operative results.Results The root decompression for the causing of symptom and sign could reach the good effect with 98%. Conclusion The symptoms and sings might be important data for the lumbar skelalgia and better approach should be single or both lateral sides opening.
