Construction of Industrial Eco-chains: a Case Study of Lvshunkou District, Dalian City

The planning of local industry for Lvshunkou District, an important part of urban centre in an ecological way is critical for sustainable development of Dalian City, Liaoning Province. For this purpose, the construction of industrial ecological chains is very essential. The concepts, levels as well as construction principals of industrial eco-chains were discussed, based on which the existing status of the District was analyzed and local industrial eco-chains were constructed by methodologies of industrial ecology, which will support the building of local industrial parks and provide reference for prompting circular economy in this city.
