Why is it difficult to make sure the status of Countryside Sanlao in the Han Dynasty although there were many scholars debating on it?It is probably among scholars who grasped the historical datum with different ways.The status of Countryside Sanlao in the Han Dynasty was actually experiencing a process of development and change.The Countryside Sanlao in the Western Han Dynasty was official in name but was not the kind of official who was called Li and carried an executive duty.However,the Countryside Sanlao in the Eastern Han Dynasty was a true Li' as well as an official in name.
