Abstract
According to the survey result of water quality from 2004 to 2008 of coastal water in Haikou Bay, onemass index of water quality evaluation method, comprehensive quality index method and eutrophication level method were used to analyze and evaluate the pollution water quality status of important pollution sea area near Haikou Bay. The results show that: the sea water quality near industrial outfall of Xiuying and outfall of Haikou Sewage Treatment Plant was good, which was at the level of oligotrophic during the 5 years. The sea water quality near estuaries of Longkun ditch was poor for perennial pollution, which was at the level of high eutrophication all the year round.
