Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of Beiberine hydrochloride in Xiaokeling tablets. Methods By HPLC method, the column was Century SIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(51∶ 49,each 1 000 ml of the mobile phase containing twelve sodium alkyl sulfonate 1.7 g) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.Detecting wavelength was at 345 nm and column temperature at 30℃.The external standard-method was adopted for the assay. Results Berberine hydrochloride showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.038~0.304 μg and regression equation was A=4 281 910 C+3 319(r=0.999 9),with a mean recovery rate of 98.01%,RSD 1.16%.Conclusion The method is good in separable effect, reproducibility and sensitivity.
