Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to screen antagonistic bacteria for Alternaria solani and optimize their fermentation condition.[Method] 15 strains were isolated from tomato fruit, and then antagonistic bacteria strains for Alternaria solani were screened from them by plate method, furthermore fermentation conditions for the screened antagonistic bacteria strain were optimized by single factor experiment.[Result] An antagonistic bacteria 004 with strong antagonistic effect on Alternaria solani was screened out by plate method from tomato and branches. The optimal fermentation conditions for antagonistic bacteria 004 were as followed: the medium initial pH7.0,the fermentation temperature 30 ℃,the quantity of medium 100 ml in a 250 ml flask, the inoculation volume of 2%,the fermentation cycle of 48 h and the rotation speed of 210 r/min.The optimized inhibition zone(0.70 cm) was increased by 0.50 cm compared with that of the original conditions(0.2 cm).[Conclusion] The research provides reference for controlling Alternaria solani.
