Abstract
University-industry cooperation(UIC) is an important part of national innovation system and has many cooperation models.But most studies to those models are unidirectional linear studies and little literatures studies to network model.The paper is scale-free network theory as method,rail transit industry technology alliance in Jiangsu province as an object,analysis the present situation,network attributions and evolution mechanism.And then,it gets some conclusions:(1) In reality,UIC network has scale-free attribution and comparatively,scale-free network is the fitter to UIC network than other network topology structures;(2) the degree distribution of UIC network evolution model is proved to be with power-law,and its algorithm accords with thought of scale-free network.
