A Study of Xiao Tongs Partiality in His Anthology of Literary Works for Lu Jis Creations

In his Anthology of Literary Works,Xiao Tong gives prominence to Lu Jis creations,both in the quantity of the chosen and the types of writing.From the intention of Xiaos selected works,the literary appreciation during the Liang Dynasty and the distinguished features of Lus writings,this paper attempts to work out the reason for the Xiaos favoritism to Lus works.
