Abstract
During 11th-18th July 2011 the continuous wet weather had happened over Jiangsu Province, which accompanied the repeatedly rainstorm or heavy rainstorm process.By using the micaps conventional observation data and satellite cloud data, the regional rainstorm in the middle of Jiangsu on 11 July was analyzed.Through analysis of large scale circulation, physicals and the mesoscale system, the heavy rain occurred under the influence of the shear line at 850 hPa and 700 hPa level, the surge chamber on surface while large-scale circulation of saddle field was stable.Water condition and energetics condition were advantageous to the occurrence and the sustainability of the rainstorm.Mesoscale convergence system on surface touched off this rainstorm.
