Abstract

TiO2、CaF2 and other were selected as the nucleating agents, the frit with containing leucite and the elementary frit low melting point were prepared. The opaque porcelain was manufactured. The experimental results indicted the elementary frit was mixed with the frit containing leucite 20%~25%, then porcelain powder was synthesized, and the heat compatibility between the porcelain powder and metal was established.
