Abstract

Objective To study the role of mechanical factor in bone tissue remodeling, and the affecting activities and differentiation of osteoblast after loading mechanical strain,in order to provide the theoretical basis in tissue engineering for study the mechanism of strain in bone remodeling. Methods The different strains were loaded on the osteoblasts of rat,and the proliferation activities and function of osteoblasts was observed with immunohistochemical technique in vitro. Results and conclusion Under the mechanical strain of 1 000 μe,2 000 μe, the cellular proliferation, alkaline phosphatase and FOS albumen expression of osteoblast were changed in experiments.
