Abstract

With the methods of video tests of muscle strength, the paper tests 6 trampolin athletes' jumping heights, nature of the net and muscle strength of their lower limbs. The result indicates that without the factor of the nature of the net, the jumping strength and their jumping height are positively. There are 3 kinds of ways of exerting strength for lower limbs.
