Abstract
Roller's eccentricity is an important factor to impact the quality of high-precision-plates,through analyzing and calculating the eccentricity signal of eight-roll cold mill,A compensate-eccentricity controlling method is got.Through sampling the data of the rolling force from the fixed-points of the roller's circle,the eccentricity signal is indirectly abtained,then the eccentricity signal is changed into electronic signal of the adjust-eccentricity hydraulic structure to compensate the impact of the roller's eccentricity.After the compensation,the thickness' precision of the rolling output can be improved greatly.
