Abstract

In this paper, PMU and WAMS technologies, as well as the current SCADA system measuring the status of both , Study of the PMU- based state estimation algorithm. First of all, the use of estimates in the dynamic measurement PMU to carry out border coordination; Step-by-step and then the use of filtering received PMU state variable value and a measured value of the linear estimates, Will be non-linear and linear dynamic estimate estimate combining data to maximize the use of the PMU.
