On the normalization and development of the real estate brokerage in China

Abstract
This article analyzes the problems of real estate brokerage in China at present.The measures of normalizing and developing the real estate brokerage in China are: perfecting the regulations of the real estate brokerage;setting up the perfective qualification management system of the real estate brokerage organization;strengthening the scale operation of the real estate brokerage;implementing the brand strategy of the real estate brokerage;setting up the unified computer management platform,realizing the information sharing;setting up China's broker association,strengthening the independent management of the real estate brokerage.
