Abstract
In the present paper,the effect of triflumizole on the infection process of Blumeria graminis f.sp.hordei conidial was studied by artificial inoculated the epidermal cells of barley coleoptiles and microscopic inspected continually.Artificial inoculation on barley young leaves and chemical spraying at different time periods,the optimal time of fungicide application was sure based on the regular observation.The results showed that,chemical treatment at anytime within 0 h,2 h,5 h,8 h of inoculation,had an obvious inhibitory effect on PGT,AGT,APP formation rate,invading rate and infection rate of conidia.Chemical treated after the haustorium formation,growth and development of primary hypha of the pathogen will directly affected to death,and death rates up to 91.5%.It had little or no benefit treated after 144h of artificial inoculation,the earlier chemical treated,the more effective on diseases expansion control.
