Abstract
For finding out the geological conditions of Shanxi Dayuan Coal Industry Company,the gas content of coal seam is determined by using underground drillings analysis.Through linear regression for coal seam burial depth and raw coal gas content,the linear relation between them is obtained.Then taking the raw coal gas content in the maximum burial depth of second coal seam as fundamental parameters,the gas emission quantity of second coal seam is forecasted.Meanwhile the geological factors for coal seam gas occurrence regularities of second coal seam are analyzed.Thus the evidence is provided for mine ventilation and gas control.
