Abstract
Dry eye is a common ocular surface disorder.With the development of keratorefractive surgery, especially laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK), the prevalence of dry eye rises gradually. Before LASIK, most of the patients manifest dry eye symptoms. After LASIK, dry eye is an inevitable complication and affects its effect. This paper reviews the diagnosis of dry eye and the pathology of LASIK induced dry eye. Moreover, some prevention and treatment measures are suggested.
