Abstract

The effect of carbon source/nitrogen source/physicochemical element and culture condition on laccase production of white-rot fungus TP21 was studied. The results showed that starch and yeast paste were better to be used as carbon source and asnitrogen source respectively. There was little difference of effect of pH 4.0~6.0 of the medium on laccase production, but the culture temperature, inoculation amount and ventilation volume had greater influence on laccase production by the fungus. The curve of laccase production and optimal condition of laccase reaction were also described.Incubation temperature, inoculum concentration, minute ventilation volume have great effect on laccase production.Additive inducer in culture medium has the promoter action to laccase production.Especially those maize straws are inexpensive ingredients which be selected.
