On the Nature and Function of E- Currency in Internet Finance

Internet finance is a financial mode by which financial transactions such as financing,credit intermediary and E- payment are done via internet technology. E- payment is a whole new mode of payment settled by E- currency. In payment system,E- currency and traditional currency are based on the same foundation being credit and debt repayment. From the perspective of currency's nature and its function,E- currency is only a new type of currency which still stems from nominal liability of central bank. As long as E- currency seems more capablethan traditional one,it has nothing different from traditional currency by its nature and function.
