The Clinical Diagnosis Analysis of the B-ultrasound in Early Pregnancy

Objective To explore the analysis of B ultrasound in the early pregnancy diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis in recent years of the clinical diagnosis of 649 cases of abdominal B ultrasound for early pregnancy women inspection,necessary to give the transvaginal ultrasound examination,on B ultrasound in early pregnancy diagnosis value analysis.Results normal pregnancy in 593 cases(91.4%),abnormal pregnancy in 61 cases(9.4%),wherein the bleeding in 47 cases(7.2%),4 cases of ectopic pregnancy(0.6%),embryo in 10 cases(1.5%).Not pregnancy in 2 cases(0.3%),B ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 99.1%(643 / 649).Conclusion Early pregnancy B ultrasound examination for the early observation of embryonic structure has the irreplaceable diagnostic value of B ultrasound monitoring for early detection of embryo,problems,abnormal pregnancy,has a high diagnostic value,on the improvement of population quality and reduce maternal unnecessary economic burden,spirit is of great signifi cance.
