Abstract
This paper uses questionnaire investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods to research college students' understanding and attitude of leisure sports and the content,frequency of leisure sports activities,the choice of venues during their leisure time.The results show that the college students' understanding of leisure sports is not clear;the students' free time at school is relatively abundant,but they rarely participate in leisure sports,it is mainly influenced by the limited sports venues.The suggestion is to strengthen the consciousness of leisure sports of ordinary university students and also strengthen the construction of sports venues to ensure the students' participating in sports activities.
