Discussion on Theory of Five Viscera Correlation with Coronary Heart Disease

Based on the overall concept as the guiding ideology and by summing up the experience in clinical and research achievements of Professor WANG Fengrong for many years in the treatment of coronary heart disease,it was further to explore the correlation between coronary heart disease and five Zang organs. Professor WANG believes that coronary heart disease locates in heart. The pathogenesis characteristics varies because of Zang organs:heart-lung Qi deficiency resulting in blood stagnation; deficiency of heart Yang resulting in interaction of phlegm and blood stasis in heart;deficiency of spleen and stomach resulting in accumulation of dampness;liver qi stagnation and qi stagnation resulting in phlegm and blood stasis resistance;heart-kidney deficiency of yin and yang,or even water attacking heart. There is a close relationship between the type of coronary heart disease and the five internal organs,and even the emergence of many Zang organs diseases. For coronary heart disease and the correlation with five viscera,it improved and enriched the Chinese research on the mechanism and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and determined the overall treatment principle as well as the theoretical system treatment of coronary heart disease from the relevant theory of the five internal organs.
