Abstract
One hundred and sixty 1-day-aged chickens were allocated into four groups of forty, the chickens of group Ⅰ were only fed on the basic diet, besides the same diets as the chickens of group Ⅰ, the group Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ were supplemented with 1,10 and 100 mg/kg Cd basic diet(as 3CdSO4·8H2O). Every group were fed in isolation for 49 days, their biochemical indexes were determined. The experiment results showed that:the differences in the values of total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), alkaline phosphatase (ALp), serum calcium (Ca), serum phosphorus (P) and serum ceruloplasmin (Cp) were significant between group I and IV (P0.01), while as the values of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and serum urea acid (UrA) were not significant between them(P0.05).
