Application of Siemens S7-300 PLC in Computer Control System for Vapor-injected Boiler

Abstract

Describes the detail design of the hardware and software based on Siemens S7-300 PLC for the boiler heated by tube. It realizes the automatic control of the boiler's water supply system, the regulating system for the negative pressure and the combustion system. It shows that: This automatic control system improves the boiler's stability, efficiency, and the satisfactory result is obtained.
