Abstract

Queuing theory was used to make research on the queuing system of hospital beds,exploring how to arrange hospital beds and make best use of medical resources.Some queuing algorithm and self-adapting queuing model were proposed.The bed utilization and equitable degree,under certain bed conditions,were effectively improved with reasonable bed arrangements,and the method is validated by a case study.
