Abstract
We aimed to developed a rapid, sensitive and specific multiplex RT-PCR,which could detect influenza A H1N1 influenza virus, seasonal H1N1 influenza virus, and seasonal H3N2 influenza viruses simultaneously.A new RT-PCR detection with multiplex primers was set up,which was applied to influenza nucleic acid testing technology in the laboratory. In the experiment the three pairs of primer of sub-type virus about the influenza A virus were used in the same RT-PCR reaction system to detect the throat swab samples of suspected influenza. As result, the multiplex RT-PCR on the sub-types virus of influenza A virus had high sensitivity and specificity, and can directly detect the sub-types from suspected influenza specimens. The new multiplex RT-PCR had high specific and sensitive like common RT-PCR,but it was more rapid and convenient than conventional RT-PCR and virus isolation methods.
