The issue of how to construct a perfect support system to serve the decision process is a problem that needs to be solved while the information technology is applied in Social Security. A solution of Social Security System based on Data Warehouse and OLAP is put forward. It offers the framework of system and the process of constructing Data Warehouse, consisting of the model design and realization. Finally, the example of data forecast and analysis is presented.
