Abstract
Laser-induced fluorescence(LIF) detection,as one of the most sensitive detectors, has been widely used in the analysis of DNA by combination with capillary electrophoresis. In this paper, three fluorescence labeling DNA methods including fluorophores covalent,post-PCR labeling and intercalating dye labeling were reviewed. The application prospects of capillary electrophoresis coupled with LIF detection in the field of genetic diagnosis and analysis were also discussed.78 references were cited.
