Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Remifentanil in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into Remifentanil group and Fentanyl group with 30 cases in each. Before operation,Remifentanil group was given Remifentanil, while Fentanyl group was given Fentanyl.10 minites later, both groups were given propofol and succinylcholine iv to induce.BP and HR of before medication, intubation, skin incision,30 minutes after operation and extubation,as well as the time between the end points of operation to extubation of 2 groups were recorded. Results The SBP,DBP and HR of Remifentanil group at the time points of before medication, intubation, skin incision,30 minutes after operation had no statistical significance with those of Fentanyl group(P0.05).The SBP at the time points of 10 minutes after medication and extubation of Remifentanil group were respectively lower than those of Fentanyl group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05,P0.01).The average time of extubation of Remifentanil group was (6.36±3.29)min shorter than(8.79±4.48)min of Fentanyl group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The difference of other parameter has no statistics significance. Conclusion Remifentanil has better effect of controling blood pressure in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which can reduce the danger of cerebral vessel, with shorter extubation,so it has more advantage in short time general anesthesia.
