Abstract
The disadvantages of the joint stock limited company are appearing along with the development of the market economy. The most obvious one is the lack of protection of minority shareholders,who hold only a small part of the shares of a company and have no right in decision-making. Additionally,these minority shareholders do not have enough special knowledge about company management,which leads to the infringement of their benefits and rights. This paper analyzes the cause of these phenomena and tried to search for some effective solutions for the urgent problem.
