Abstract

The effective mass of cyclotron resonance electron on the ellipsoidal energy surface is calculated.The effective mass of cyclotron electron is irrelative with selections which are perpendicular to the applied magnetic field.For fixed direction of magnetic field,the effective mass of cyclotron resonance electron on the energy surface is consistent.
