Abstract
Objective To estimate the clinical effect of the temporal rhytidectomy with suspension technique. Methods Twenty eight cases with low-middle-degree laxation of temple cutis were performed temporal rhytidectomy under local anaesthesia by the temple suspension. Results Fifteen patients were followed up for 1-2 years. The results were satisfactory with few complications. The aesthetic results were good. The laxation of ageing appearance can be apparently improved. Conclusion The temporal rhytidectomy combined with the suspension technique is a simple, reliable operation with less blood loss and without leave obvious traces from the surgery.
