On the Legislative Issues of "Housing Act"——A Holistic Legal Solution Based on the Vision of Human Rights Protection

right is one of basic human rights,and the effective way to solve the housing problem of China is to realize housing rights of citizens by legislation,but now,there are serious problems in China's current legal system of housing rights such as unreasonable levels,Lacking of specialization or comprehensiveness.Therefore,China should develop a specialized,comprehensive department basic legal Housing Act. To realize the housing rights of citizens,and to have a fundamental solution of our housing problems,when we develop the Housing Act,we should adhere to principles such as human rights protection,rights and obligations of a balanced configuration,to solve the housing problem systematically,and make detailed requirements on various aspects related to the realization of housing rights.
