Abstract
According to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Law and the Maritime Litigation Special Procedure Law,certain parties may make a jurisdiction agreement.But there leave many problems in the current laws,such as the limits of case types,the scope and the amount of the selected court,the form of the jurisdiction agreement and the limitation of the tacit jurisdiction agreement.To solve the problems,the paper makes advice that civil procedure law should be amended to establish the integrated and strict system of jurisdiction agreement by our legislature.
