Abstract

Objective:To discuss the chromosome type and its relevance with the clinical symptoms of Turner′s Syndrome Sufferers in Linyi. Methods:Use 1640 culture medium to cultivate lymphocytes, acquire routine slide, make G-band coloration(and make C-band coloration if necessary) and analyze the karyotype according to International System for(Human) Cytogenetic Nomenclature 2005(ISCN2005).Results:Through the examination,16 kinds of abnormal karyotypes of 62 Turner′s syndrome sufferers were found.Among them,45,X;46,X,i(X)(q10);45,X/46,XX;45,X/46,XY etc are involved. In addition,1 case of abnormal karyotype of world first reported is discovered. Conclusion:The chromosomes of Turner′s syndrome sufferers in Linyi are in varied types and clinical manifestations.
