Abstract
Based on FANUC CNC system, the paper studies on the application skill of the grooving-cycle Function G75 for cutting-off shaft, and processing wide groove and interval groove. A comprehensive groove workpiece was processed, its measurment results show that the processing precision can meet the design requirements. The method can realize more efficient program and low error ratio in NC programming.
