Abstract
Firmly establish the ecological sustainable development of the scientific concept of development is imperative,the use of ecological footprint measures the degree of sustainable development is also an effective way to become extremely important.This paper taking Xinjiang as an example,using ecological footprint method,calculate the capacity of ecological environment Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2008.And then based on the evaluation of ecological sustainable development in the region,it analyzes reasons caused the unsustainable development of the environment and proposes to implement the future development of eco-balance of supply and demand means conducive to achieving sustainable development of the Corps.
