Abstract
Supercritical CO_2 extraction was used to extract oil from Pomegranate (Punica granatum L) seed with orthogonal ex- periment and the composition was analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The optimal process of seed oil extrac- tion was as follows:the extraction pressure being 25 MPa,the extraction temperature being 30 C,the separation temperature being 55b℃and the extraction time being 70 min.The extraction yield was 20.4% with these conditions.Six compositions of the oil was iden- tified by GC-MS.The main composition was fatty acid. There was 88.86% of unsaturated fatty acids in total fatty acid.
