Research on traffic capacity of urban road right angle intersection

The intersections was always the bottleneck of urban road network. The right angle intersection was a typical type of intersections,which was closely related to the urban construction layout. Through studies on lane capacity,no signal control intersection capacity and signal control intersection capacity,means and measures which could improve intersection capacity were put forward in order to meet the requirements of road traffic better and to maximize the traffic efficiency of urban roads.
