Research on Development Strategy of Science and Technology Enterprises in Northeast Old Industrial Base

In the recent several years when the national policy supports Northeast old industrial base developing,science and technology enterprises have played an important supporting role in the district development and the effect is more and more obvious. In the post-financial crisis era,rapidly developing science and technology enterprises has became an important guarantee for the northeast region sustained and stable economic development. The science and technology enterprises have the characters of university,institute and factory. Funds for the development of science and technology enterprises are difficult obtained only by themselves. At the present stage,science and technology enterprises in the northeast region are facing the problems that financial support is not in place and innovative behavior of short- term. And it is seriously restricting the development of science and technology enterprises. We must find the key of these problems and effectively guide them. Harbin as an important city in the northeast region,its science and technology enterprises have some representation of all the science and technology enterprises. Researching them can contribute to sort out the problems in the development of science and technology enterprises in the northeast region. It is concluded that in order to develop science and technology enterprises we must improve the science and technology enterprise risk investment rules and establish an improved system of financial support.
