Abstract
Whether a school assumes the liability for compensation for accidents is related to the principle of liability fixation in the law of tort.And the principle of school auidents is connected with infringement patterns.General act of infringement by school should practise the principle of liability for wrongs;special act of infringement by school should practise principle of liability without fault,or the principle of presumptive liability,or equitable principle according to different concrete conditions.
